Data Center Security

Dual Data Center Firewall

  • Design and Implement Active-Active Firewalls in two separate Data Centers, taking into account latency between locations and whether an Active-Active solution is possible
  • Design and Implement Active-Standby Firewall in two separate Data Centers, making sure that failover time is minimal and that DC retains all functionality after failover

Microsegmentation

  • Assess network to identify where and how Microsegmentation can be used and implement it onto network, working with Server and Application teams to ensure applications have the access they require to function

Application Firewalling

  • Configure firewalls for East and West Server Traffic, including objects, NATs, ACLs, Routing Domains, IP SLAs, DAP Profiles, etc, desigining policies to only allow servers to communicate with what they need to
  • Configure firewalls for North and South Server Traffic, including objects, NATs, ACLs, Routing Domains, IP SLAs, DAP Profiles, etc, only letting servers that require outside access go outside of network

Application Loadbalancing

  • Design and Implement a strategy to install new physical or virtual Load Balancers onto network
  • Migrate existing Load Balancer from Physical to Virtual
  • Design and Umplement Active-Active Load Balancing across multiple Data Centers with the same layer 2 requirements
  • Design and Implement Layer 4 and Layer 7 Load Balancing
